“One thing I really enjoy practicing/studying is that I can really put my emotion into my playing. I started playing piano when I was 3 and one-half years old and I have enjoyed playing ever since. Practicing really let me let go of my feelings, especially after a long day at school. Just sitting down and playing makes everything go away and I slowly sink into my own world. It is extremely fun just to get up and have to play in front of an audience. There is always this little voice in my head when I practice telling me to push for perfection. So when I get onto the stage I know I have practiced so much and as hard as I could have for just that one moment, and them to just have fun with the audience.”
